This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you engage with our services or visit our website.

Purpose of Processing. Your personal data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiries, delivering requested services, processing payments, and maintaining communication throughout the project lifecycle. Terms of Service
Binding AgreementThese Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all services provided by WebLayoutForge, registered at Gran Via 15, 50005 Zaragoza, Spain. By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Article 1 — Scope of Services. WebLayoutForge provides web design, layout engineering, visual hierarchy consulting, micro-interaction design, and related digital services as described in individual service proposals. Each project scope is defined in a separate written agreement or proposal document.
Article 2 — Pricing & Payment. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. A 50% deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before final file delivery.
Article 3 — Project Timeline. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on typical project scopes. Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide requested materials, feedback, or approvals may result in adjusted timelines without penalty to WebLayoutForge.
Article 4 — Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all deliverables and associated intellectual property rights are transferred to the Client. WebLayoutForge retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Article 5 — Limitation of Liability. WebLayoutForge's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Article 6 — Termination. Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy
Financial TermsWebLayoutForge is committed to delivering high-quality web design services. This Refund and Reimbursement Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services rendered from our office at Gran Via 15, 50005 Zaragoza, Spain.
Full Refund. If work has not yet commenced and the initial deposit has been paid, the Client is entitled to a full refund of the deposit amount within 14 business days of the written cancellation request, provided no design work has been started.
Partial Refund. If work has commenced and the project is cancelled by the Client, a partial refund will be issued proportional to the work completed at the time of cancellation. The refund amount is calculated based on milestones achieved versus the total project scope.
No Refund. No refund will be issued for work that has been completed, delivered, and accepted by the Client. Additionally, fees for third-party services (such as stock photography, domain registration, or hosting) are non-refundable once purchased on behalf of the Client.
Quality Disputes. If the Client is dissatisfied with delivered work, they must notify WebLayoutForge in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will review the feedback and, at our discretion, provide reasonable revisions at no additional cost. Revisions beyond the original scope may incur additional fees.
Refund Process. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your project reference and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Governing Law. This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
